Bright, spacious & dreamlike
Aegean is commonly associated with a major, Lydian-flavoured sound: open and luminous, with a little unexpected tension. It can suit spacious melodies, lingering harmonies and flowing improvisation. Extended versions offer further colours, so listen to the actual note layout when comparing instruments.
Explore it for: Open melodies, atmospheric playing and a contrasting voice to minor scales.
